p/s: Kimchi is fermented vegetable or pickled that is made from various vege such as radish and cabbage. It is a staple korean food and can be stored for a long time and does not go bad easily. however, when it is exposed to hot weather for certain time, it will turn into sour. i've taste the home made kimchi (made by my sister) and it taste really good when you eat with rice and ramyuen(noodle). when you get hooked with the taste of kimchi, there's no turning back because you'll miss the flavor everytime you eat a meal.....trust me i've been in the situation..kekkeke
